Nelly hopes to sell one of her properties, which she originally planned to turn around, but has been vacant for nearly two decades.
The 46-year-old rapper has set up his mansion in Wildwood, Missouri, with stunning views of the woods surrounding the Meramec River, on the market for $ 599,000, according to TMZ.
The sizable six-bedroom, seven-bath property of the performer sits on nearly twelve acres of land and features an outdoor basketball court, as well as independent game rooms and media.

Ride composer Wit Me was initially planning to remodel the residence with a contractor friend when he bought the mansion 19 years ago.
However, the planned modifications were never made as intended and the house has remained in a state of disrepair for many years.
The publication also reports that Nelly simply wants to reduce her losses and move on from the investment.
The property is located right next to a sparsely populated piece of land, about thirty miles outside of St. Louis. Louis and just minutes from the Hidden Valley ski resort in the nearby town of Eureka.
