New killer Creed Valhalla Patch entering, corrects decorations and fails at the festival

Assassin's Creed Valhalla Ostara Festival Fix

Update: Ubisoft has confirmed that the next patch of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla will be rolled out on Friday, March 26th. As predicted, the update aims to address the issues that were introduced with the Ostara Festival. It should also restore the decoration of settlements and the functionality of the festival. Ugh.

We will update this article again once the patch is active.

Original story: A new update to Assassin’s Creed Valhalla should be out soon on PlayStation 5 and PS4. The incoming patch has been seen on Sony’s servers by PlayStation game size, suggesting that its release is imminent.

So what is it for? Well, last week, the newly added Ostara Festival managed to cause widespread crash problems. Ubisoft acted quickly, eliminating the settlement decoration system and various festival activities. This supposedly stopped the shock, but the players were left with a broken festival and there is no way to customize their settlement.

As such, we can only assume that this update will fix the initial problem and restore the decoration and festival functionality. With luck it works, because if it doesn’t, we fear that even the most committed players at Valhalla will start to lose patience with the post-game support.

In any case, we will surely post the patch once it is available for download.
