He also publishes that Hernández stated on one occasion that he was going “Putting the drug in the noses of gringos flooding the United States with cocaine”.
Prosecutors base their Friday charges, in part, on conversations they have had with him former leader of Los Cachiros, Devis Leonel Rivera Maradiaga, Who has been imprisoned for years in New York.
