Andrew Cuomo, a former New York government aide to the economic development and current candidate for mayor of Manhattan, has accused Democratic Governor Sunday of sexually harassing him while he was working in the state.
Lindsay Boylan, 36, Said in posts on Twitter Mr. Cuomo “Haunted me for many years. Many have seen it, seen it. I can never expect what to expect: will I be roasted at my job (which was so good) or will I be harassed about my appearance. Or will the two be in the same conversation?”
Ms Boylan did not provide news asking for her Twitter posts in detail. He later tweeted that he would not speak to reporters about the matter.

Caitlin Grovert, the governor’s spokeswoman, denied the allegations.
“There is no truth to these claims,” he said.
A state official said Ms Boylan did not file formal complaints against the governor when she was a civil servant.
Ms Boylan worked for the state’s Economic Development Authority, Empire State Development, from 2015 to 2018, according to her LinkedIn profile. Then he went to the executive room – Mr. Cumo’s dedicated staff – and served from March 2018 to October 2018.
Based on his management of the corona virus infection in New York, Mr. Kumo’s national profile has increased. President-elect Joe Biden is being considered for appointment as US Attorney General, according to those familiar with the matter.
In the middle of the #MeToo movement, Mr. Cumo signed in 2018, among other things, to develop annual training for contractors on state workplace harassment protection, compulsory arbitration ban for harassment victims and private employers anti-harassment policies.
In the Democratic primary challenge, actress Cynthia Nixon met Mr. Cuomo was accused of being slow to act on sexual harassment complaints against associates that year. Ms. Nixon pointed to former state legislator Sam Hoyt as Mr. Kumo was hired as an economic development consultant.
Lisa Marie Gator, a former civil servant, was convicted in a 2017 lawsuit alleging that she helped get a job in the motor vehicle industry. Mr. Ms. Gator said in the case that Cuomo and his advisers ignored her complaints.
