After the first week of the NFL season, several teams were promising as potential contenders. Only time will tell as the season progresses, but the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Kansas City bosses seem to have pieces at their disposal to return to the Super Bowl.

This week’s list of games begins Thursday night with a NFC East clash between the Washington football team and the New York Giants.

Result of week 1: 23-16 defeat against Steelers
Perspective: The Green Bay Packers and Baltimore Ravens were also ranked No. 10 in this week’s rankings. Still, the Bills came into this place despite losing at home to the Steelers. Buffalo will try to get back on track next week against the Miami Dolphins.

Result of week 1: 20-16 win over Washington
Perspective: Justin Herbert threw 337 yards and a touchdown in a tough road victory against the Washington football team. Keenan Allen had nine receptions for 100 yards. A clash between the Chargers and the Cowboys will fall in the second week.

Perspective: Russell Wilson completed 18 of 23 passes for 254 yards with four touchdowns in a big win against Indianapolis. Wideout Tyler Lockett had 23- and 69-yard TD receptions. The Seahawks will face the Titans next.

Result of week 1: 41-33 victory over the Lions
Perspective: San Francisco maintained a 28-point lead before Detroit attempted a late comeback. Rookie runner Elijah Mitchell had 19 runs for 104 yards with a quick score. The 49ers travel to Philadelphia to face the Eagles in Week 2.

Perspective: By 10-0, the Steelers managed to beat the Bills in Buffalo. Pittsburgh defensive end TJ Watt had two sacks and a hole. Next up for the Steelers is a showdown against the Las Vegas Raiders.

Perspective: Kyler Murray completed 21 of 32 passes for 289 yards with five total touchdowns in a 38-13 dominant win over Tennessee. Wideout DeAndre Hopkins had six receptions for 83 yards with two goals. Arizona will host the Minnesota Vikings below.

Perspective: Quarterback Matthew Stafford dazzled his Rams debut. He completed 20 of 26 passes for 321 yards and three touchdowns to victory. Los Angeles will travel to Indianapolis to face the Colts in Week 2.

Perspective: Facing a 22-10 deficit at halftime, Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs outscored Cleveland 23-7 in the second half. Muhammad threw 337 yards and three touchdowns on the return victory. Kansas City will play against the Ravens in Baltimore.
