More than four years after the EU referendum, the Brexit talks are finally coming to an end before the December 31 deadline, and there are still differences to be resolved. If an agreement is not reached in the next two weeks, the UK faces severe economic consequences.

However, even with the most optimistic view, the Brexit agreement on the table could be a significant impediment to cross-border trade and the potential for EU and UK citizens to live and work on both sides of the channel.
