No record of previous reports has been found against a California teacher who is currently being terminated after being seen on video boasting of turning his students into “revolutionaries,” according to the superintendent who presides over the dismissal.
Through the teacher’s investigation so far, Natomas Unified School District Superintendent Chris Evans told Fox News that the district has been unable to find out previous reports from parents or students about the teacher.
“We heard … a student or parent came to the district school and tried to share those concerns, but we have no record of them,” he said. “So if anyone has a copy of an email or something with a date and time stamp, I want to see it.”
The teacher in question, Gabriel Gipe, was seen in a video captured by the Veritas Project, explaining how he pushes his political ideologies to his students, adding that his goal is to “turn [students] in revolutionaries “.
“I have an Antifa flag [classroom] Wall and a student complained about this; he said he felt uncomfortable. Well, that [Antifa flag] it’s meant to make fascists feel uncomfortable, so if you feel uncomfortable, I don’t know what to tell you. Maybe you shouldn’t be aligned with the values that this entails [Antifa flag] it’s antithetical, ”Gipe told a group interviewer in apparent hidden camera footage.

“I have 180 days to fulfill [students] in revolutionaries, “he said, adding that the way to combat adolescent apathy is to” scare them away. “
Gipe, who teaches advanced government classes at Sacramento’s Inderkum High School, was reportedly investigated by the Veritas Project after a whistleblower raised concerns with the group about a Mao poster and other left-wing propaganda, he reported. Fox News.
Since then, Gipe has been put on fire for his abuse of power and faces the termination of his office, according to a statement from the district on Wednesday.
Since the video was released, the district has asked all parents or students who previously informed the teacher to submit, as well as to report any additional complaints.

“I wish someone had talked about this before and / or if they did, we need to apologize and find out how we fix this,” Evans said.
The district investigation has found evidence of professional conduct violations through 2018. Evans said some of the infractions were very subtle, avoiding suspicion. The district has found sufficient evidence to justify Gipe’s dismissal.
“It’s a free country and people have a right, outside of their professional life, to support any side they want,” the superintendent said. “You just can’t take it to the classroom, and he did.”
District officials interviewed Gipe on Monday, where he was open about his beliefs, Evans said. During the discussion, the professor stated that there were three other professors in his department who “definitely are on the same page.”
During a Wednesday school board meeting, parents and community residents ravaged the district and said it was “failing.”
“In my opinion, the school district has failed …,” said Luis Ortega, a district resident whose son recently graduated from Inderkum High School. “Because you allowed this indoctrination of Mr. Gabriel Gipe and his political ideology to flirt in his classroom. You have the opportunity to correct it. Everything has come to light and, as everyone says, it doesn’t end with Mr. Gabriel Gipe. There are some deep-rooted issues in the district. “
“I was indoctrinating these children every day. He abused them, scared them every day, ”said another resident of the community, identified only as Christopher.
“Where the hell was the director? Where were the vice-chancellors? Where were the school teachers? Where was the superintendent, where was the rest of the district? Where were you? “
“It simply came to our notice then. This is for you, ”he added. “Okay? Gabriel Gipe is a symptom, not a disease. The disease is in the district.”
Teachers, administrators and students in the district have also been threatened across the country, said Evans, who later read one that came from Indiana.
“We’ll go to your house and make you feel as uncomfortable as our kids felt in that class, left-wing cowards,” he said in part. “Everyone, and I mean everyone, you need to give up immediately or you won’t know what peace is. We want you out of our community. We want you out of Sacramento. “
