Patrick Mahomes avoided the fright of the barber COVID-19

Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes was among the 20 people expected to receive a haircut from the barber who tested positive for COVID on Sunday, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported Wednesday.

The barber was retired as soon as his quick positive result returned, but he had already begun shaving in Kansas City center Daniel Kilgore and had cut the hair of receiver Demarcus Robinson on Saturday, forcing both players to reserve list / COVID-19 because close high-risk contacts were considered. According to reports, the barber tested negative for five consecutive days before entering the facility on Sunday.

Robinson grabbed 45 passes for 466 yards and three touchdowns during the regular season, but has only managed one pass for 14 yards during two playoff games. Kilgore started four games during the regular season and served as a safety line player in the Chiefs ’victory over the Bills in the AFC Championship Game.
