Dua Takovilova and the Miami Dolphins gave up everything they had in the 14th week against the Kansas mayor, which was six points down 33-27. Takovilova threw the first setback of his young career, but finished 28th at 48 for 316 yards and two touchdowns (83.3 passer rating).

What the Dolphins did was enough to impress the chiefs quarterback Patrick Mohomas because the Dolphins gave the chiefs everything they could handle.
“I think he’s – I talked about it earlier this week, but that senior mentality,” Mahoms told reporters about Takovilova. “You can see he wasn’t trying to force it when they fell in that game. He took what was there and dropped the ball onto the field and found a way to get closer to the game.
Takovilova became the first Dolphins rookie after Don Marino in 1983 with two passing touchdowns and a quick touchdown in a game. This performance is the third multi-passing touchdown game of the season and is part of the Dolphins’ strong performance. Despite four turning points the Chiefs won on the road – thanks to the Dolphins – becoming the first road team to win a game this season, with several turning points (teams entered the Sunday Games 0-10). Mahomes threw three interceptions, which was more than (two) per game all season.
After trailing 10-0 in the first half, the Chiefs hit three touchdowns to take a 28-10 lead at 2:49 in game time – which eventually turned out to be different for Miami as Kansas beat City by a majority.
If the Dolphins make the playoffs, they will be tough.
“They are a well-trained football team. They have a lot of guys who want to compete and they are going to fight to the last,” Mahoms said. “You ‘ve seen it in the movie every week. It’s a good football team, it’s in the playoffs, it’s a tough team that is hard to get out of the playoffs.”
