It seems like the truth doesn’t hurt Paul Pierce.
The great Celtics are using the same social media platforms that made him fired by ESPN to express to fans that he is doing well after the network decided to let him go after a blatant post on Instagram.
“I want to, I just want to thank all my followers and thank my enemies and everything,” Pierce posted in an Instagram video. “Look, they see bigger and better things, girl. Don’t worry. You fall twice, you get up three times. Always remember to smile, girl ”.
On Friday night, Pierce posted a video massaging half-naked women at a poker table. According to Andrew Marchand of The Post, ESPN’s decision was largely based on Pierce choosing to post the videos himself.
The 10-time All-Star and soon to become the famous Hall of Fame had been with ESPN since the start of the 2017-18 season and was one of the top analysts for NBA Countdown and The Jump. two of the premiere of ESPN NBA Programs.
Pierce also assured fans he was doing well on Twitter.
“I can’t lose even when I lose I win,” Pierce wrote.
