Police found dead at Urban Train station

Officers attached to the Homicide Division of the San Juan Criminal Investigation Corps (CIC) reported that they are investigating the death of a Puerto Rican police officer, on duty, in the parking lot of the Martínez Nadal Urban Train Station in Monacillos.

Upon arrival, when the authorities arrived at the said place, they found the body of the agent Freddie Morales Ortiz, 35, in the driver’s seat of a white Mitsubishi Lancer vehicle.

Authorities determined that Morales Ortiz was deprived of life with a gunshot wound to the head.

Agent Xiomara Hernández, attached to the Homicide Division of the San Juan Criminal Investigation Corps, together with prosecutor Rosalin García, investigated these facts.
