The last Michigan players to win a Mega Millions or Powerball prize are the Wolverine FLL lottery club that claimed a $ 1.05 billion prize in March. With their profits, the group plans to return to the community.
And while they were lucky winners, it’s smart for players to check their tickets right away, as a $ 1 million winner sold in Hartland in 2019 went unchallenged. The ticket was purchased at Hartland Speedway, but the winner never showed up to claim the prize. The money, on the other hand, went to the State Aid Fund.
