Prince Harry returns to sunny California, after crossing the pond to attend the funeral of his grandfather, Prince Phillip Saturday.
The 36-year-old flew to Los Angeles on an American Airlines flight that arrived Tuesday afternoon and was driven home to Montecito, California, according to The Daily Mail.
The return of the United States to Harry means he will not be on hand to celebrate the 95th birthday of his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, on Wednesday, as he had considered.
The “conflicted” prince thought it was more important to return home with his pregnant wife Meghan Markle and his baby girl, according to the article.
According to the Mail, Harry will spend a forty-day day recommended for international travelers by CDC.
The trip to England was Harry’s first return to his homeland in over a year, and he received a frosty reception and was ignored by older royalty, including his father and future king, Prince Charles.
The royal repercussion came after the monarch told Oprah that he felt trapped by the family, whom he accused of being biased against his biracial wife and son Archie.
