Santo Domingo, RD.
The Vice President of the Republic, Raquel Peña, announced the arrival of 503,000 100 doses of vaccines to continue the day of vaccination against the Covid-19 pandemic.
Peña did not specify the pharmacist who sent the doses.
“Vaccines keep coming so that no one is left without their doses! Today we receive 503,100 new doses to continue vaccinating all those who have not yet done so. With your help we can stop a new wave of viruses. # VacúnateRD,” he wrote.
With this batch, the country exceeds the 20 million doses of vaccines received since the first shipment arrived from China, on February 15. According to Daily List statistics, the number of vaccines received so far amounts to 20,073,170.
