We saw Sony’s CES 2021 digital event, so there was no need to do that. While last year’s showcase debuted the official PlayStation 5 logo and broke records on social media, there was nothing to talk about at the time. Chief Jim Ryan attended to talk about the diversity of players that PlayStation attracts, as well as commenting on the incredibly successful launch of the console, but that’s how far it has come. It’s not that we expected anything different, of course. CES is rarely the place for game announcements.
“When we set out to launch PlayStation 5, our vision was to transform entertainment through deeper immersive experiences and a new technology that increases the emotions for gamers. We relied on 25 years of R&D experience and a deep respect for our community for developing a true state-of-the-art console: PlayStation 5. “Ryan continues to highlight Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales and Sackboy: A Big Adventure release titles before playing Horizon Forbidden West. This is, of course, important for the future.
