– Pedro Alexander Pineda Díaz, Secretary of State for Financial Management of the Presidential House, for being considered the perpetrator of 43 offenses of violation of the duties of civil servants; a crime of embezzlement of public funds by change of destination; 43 fraud offenses.
– Harvis Edulfo Herrera Carballo, Administrative Manager of Presidential House, perpetrator of 43 crimes of violation of the duties of officials; a crime of embezzlement of public funds by change of destination; 43 fraud offenses; and 50 crimes of embezzlement of public funds.
– Lesly Mirella Funez Serra, Accountant General of the Presidential House, for considering her the perpetrator of 43 offenses of violation of the duties of officials; co-perpetrator of 43 fraud offenses; and 53 offenses of embezzlement of public funds.
