ORLANDO, Fla. – UPDATE: A severe storm warning previously issued for Volusia County expired at 11:15 a.m.
Hail, gusty winds and heavy rains were one of the threats to the area.

FULL FORECAST
Scattered rains will be around Saturday morning, but the morning will not mean any total loss. The widespread rain comes closer to lunch and continues for much of Saturday afternoon.
Scattered showers will continue until Sunday morning.
High temperatures will only surpass Saturday mornings from mid to 60s and fall in the mid-60s to almost the entire afternoon. The lower 70s will still be possible in the early afternoon in the southern counties of Osceola and Brevard, where the rain lasts longer.
Announcements
The weather will improve on Sunday, but it will still be cool and windy. The sun will rise in the afternoon with highs around 70 degrees. Next week a gradual warm-up returns.
There will likely be an improvement in the allergy situation as this system passes through and out of central Florida.
The number of pollens will increase again early next week.
