Players in Zelda: Breath of the Wild seem to discover exciting new tricks and flaws every two days, even though the game has been around for over four years now. We’ve seen Hyrule being sent into chaos, areas where water turns to lava, and more, but today it’s the turn of … Spicy peppers?
Yes, Reddit user tetr4_hc has shared a clip of a newly discovered trick that allows you to gain some air, all thanks to these innocent peppers. To get started, you’ll need to drop some hot peppers on the ground and use Revale’s Gale; as is well known, this ability creates an upgrade stream that will send Link (and the peppers) into the air.
From here, you’ll have to shoot the peppers with a fire arrow, creating another upgrade stream to get higher. Shoot again and you will get one third stimulus.
As another Reddit user explains in the answers, there’s something especially nice about the way this trick doesn’t make use of unintentional flaws, and instead seems plausible within the game world (you know, as long as accept being pushed into the air of a fruit is possible).
If you want to try it at home and need some hot peppers to get started, they can be found in the bushes of the Great Plateau, near the Gerudo Canyon stable and on the Tabantha border (thank you, Zelda Wiki).
