Have you ever wondered what it would be like to play a giant Nintendo Switch? Well, so did Michael “The Casual Engineer” Pick, so he decided to build a fully functional one.
All buttons work and even work with a full-size switch and Joy-Con, which can be easily replaced if needed. In addition, there is a 4K screen.
In the video above, Michael discusses the details of how he did all of this. The 3D buttons that were there were printed, for example. All in all, this giant Switch is 30 “x 70”, weighs 29.48 KG (65 LBS) and is apparently 650% larger than the standard unit.
Everything is also for a good cause, with Michael giving it to Saint Jude Children’s Hospital. Great job, Michael. Now, who’s ready to make a round Mario Kart 8 Deluxe in this?
