You may remember this earlier Super Mario 3D All-Stars was formally announced, Super Mario 64 the source code was inversely designed and published on the computer. Naturally, offering greater possibilities for modification than the emulation for the classic platformer, Nintendo tried to turn this off.
Not to be missed, support continues and, if you have the right settings, can be played at 60 fps with 4K resolution. There is a continued effort by the community to get more modifications and even though we lost it at the time, ray tracking is next.
Using Wet-Dry World to show it off, Dario unveiled a modification in progress in November, which added realistic reflections and lighting to the Super Mario 64 PC. Played with a GeForce RTX 3090, it looks absolutely stunning and we are curious. to see the end result.
