Sonic Colors Ultimate comes to Nintendo Switch next week and while most fans have to wait until then, it seems some individuals are already lucky enough to play a hard copy of the game.
Reddit user kaydeejay1995 is one of those people, who reveals how they received a physical copy of the game a week earlier. It seems like it’s also the first time something like this has happened. Neat!
Not surprisingly, the most important question so far is about the performance of this particular version. Apparently, it works fine, as long as you can “tolerate” the 30 fps limit.
In our own review of the Nintendo Life game, we gave Sonic Colors Ultimate eight out of ten stars and mentioned how it was the best way to experience Sonic Colors, if you haven’t played the original games before. And even as a returning player, it’s still worth a try.
Although most of us still can’t get a physical copy of the game, starting today: Sonic Colors Ultimate Digital Deluxe owners can play the game early. This version costs a bit more than the standard digital version and is technically tied to an account.
