Ravens say cornerback Jimmy Smith, safe from family after being stolen at gunpoint in California

OWINGS MILLS, Md. – Baltimore Ravens cornerback Jimmy Smith informed the team that he and his family were robbed Tuesday after being tracked down from Los Angeles International Airport.

“We are aware of the situation affecting Jimmy Smith,” the Ravens said in a statement. “We’ve talked to Jimmy and he and his family are safe.”
