The Dutchman is happy to have scored and explains that he is now playing a more advanced position.
“I don’t know how many more goals I will score,” he replied, when asked if he had any idea how far his goal-scoring streak could go.
Discussing the victory that comes from behind, De Jong he believes victory is deserved.
“We created enough chances and played pretty well,” he said.
“We feel good and we get better every week, so we have to keep it that way.
“It’s very important to have made it to the next round.”
