MADRID – The quarter-final tie of the Champions League between Real Madrid and Liverpool will be played on Tuesday 6 and Wednesday 14 April.
Until next week it will be known if Real Madrid can play as a local first leg at the Alfredo di Stefano in the sports city of Valdebebas or must do so in a city where Liverpool can fly, once the government decides Spanish if it extends the restrictions on British flights for the variant of the coronavirus of this country.
In the round of 16, the two knockout matches between the ‘reds’ and RB Leipzig had to be played at the Puskas Arena due to restrictions caused by the covid-19 pandemic.
