Rebel Wilson has revealed that he previously arranged each date for a year in hopes of finding love.
In an upcoming episode of Ant Middleton and Rebel Wilson: Straight Talking, the 40-year-old actress Pitch Perfect declares that “life is too short,” as she recalls “experimenting” with romances.

“What I realize is that it wasn’t about treating myself by eating 2,000 calories for dessert, it’s not about treating myself, but putting toxins in my body that I don’t need. Is it momentary comfort? Yes. But the next hour is fat and not healthy for you.
Rebel admits that her size helped her get coveted comedy roles that shaped her career, including “Fat Amy” in the Pitch Perfect franchise.
“I’m starting to gain all that weight and I’m like, you know what’s good for older girls? Comedy,” she explains.

“I’m fatter now, I’m making more laughs, people want to pay me millions of dollars to be hilarious.
“There’s a philosophy that people don’t like to laugh at pretty people, they just don’t. They usually want to sleep with good-looking people. But funny people they want to laugh at.
However, her success has meant she has been “pigeonhole” as a larger actress, saying Hollywood executives “want her to play Fat Amy in several movies and call the character a little different.”
She now hopes to expand her acting career and take on more serious roles, but admits she has a lot to prove to distance herself from the comedy roles that made her one of the world’s banking stars.
