Who would have thought that the divorce of Teresa and Joe Giudice would be the easiest thing they have ever done?
After Joe, 48, signed his divorce papers in Wednesday night’s episode of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey,” FaceTimed and 48-year-old Teresa admitted that their divorce was easier than she anticipated.
“It needs to end, but I think our divorce is the easiest divorce in the world,” Teresa joked in the call when Joe agreed.
He added in a confessional scene: “Despite what my brother and others thought, I knew Joe would always do the right thing because he would think of our daughters. If it hurt me, they would bother with him.
Teresa also defended Joe in a flashback clip of the season 10 meeting of the show that aired Wednesday’s episode, in which host Andy Cohen said Dolores Catania and Joe Gorga were worried because her husband away from Teresa he went to look for his money in his division.
Page six reported in September that Giudices’ divorce ended after 20 years of marriage. They first decided to separate in December 2019 after years of rumors of infidelity and two independent prison terms.
Joe currently lives in Italy after being deported after his 41-month prison sentence. He had appealed the decision to try to stay in the United States with his family, but his request was denied. Two of the couple’s four daughters, Gia and Milania, were able to visit him in November 2020.
Teresa is currently dating Luis “Louie” Ruelas, while Joe is in talks for a new reality TV dating show.
