Former governor Ricardo Rosselló Nevares announced today, Wednesday, that for the next 51 days he will be protesting in front of the White House for 51 minutes to promote the statehood for Puerto Rico.
He explained this in a video posted on the social network Twitter that shows him holding a banner.

“Today we start this management. A small experiment. I ask everyone to be part of this effort,” said Rosselló Nevares, who resigned in 2019.
“The idea is for them to be 51 days here at the front of the White House even if it’s a person with a banner to be able to interact with the people who come here and establish our message,” he added.
Similarly, the congressional delegate extended an invitation to anyone interested in being part of the invitation.
