Riverside County’s ICU bed availability percentage dropped to 0.0% on Monday.

Todd Burke, spokesman for Denet Healthcare, told News Channel 3’s Madison Weil that this means John F. He said the Kennedy Memorial Hospital and the Desert Regional Medical Center would begin changing rooms to create additional ICU space.
This comes as Eisenhower Health announced a new record for Govt patients, surpassing the previous record during the Govt uprising.

Case changes today
Riverside County registered 6,741 new cases since Friday, bringing the total to 119,691.

According to a district spokesman, the sharp increase in cases yesterday was partly due to the implementation of the tests. The county could not clarify how many cases were the cause on Tuesday, but said at least part of them may be several weeks old.
According to Johns Hopkins University, Riverside County is the 11th district in the United States to have more than 100,000 cases.

ICU bed availability for the Southern California region fell by less than 15 percent over the weekend, prompting a new accommodation order that officially went into effect Sunday night at 11:59 p.m.

Barber shops and hair salons are now closed, restaurants are limited to pick-ups and distributions, and capacity within retail stores and malls is increased to 20%.
Hotels and lodges can remain open for vital infrastructure support just like offices. Schools with discounts will be allowed to remain open. Places of worship are restricted to outdoor services only.
The following businesses / entertainment facilities will be required to close:
– Indoor and outdoor playgrounds;
– Indoor entertainment facilities;
– Hair salons and barbershops;
– Personal care services;
– Museums, zoos and fisheries;
– Movie theaters;
– Winery;
– Bars, liquor and distilleries;
– Family entertainment centers;
– Cardboard rooms and satellite fees;
– Limited services;
– Live audience play; And
– Amusement parks
Order will be at least three weeks.
By state, 7.7% of ICU beds are available in the Southern California region and 7.9% in ICU beds in Riverside County (as of Wednesday 4.1).

Deaths and Recoveries
The county reported 13 additional COVID-19 deaths since Friday. The total death toll is now 1,586.
In November, Riverside County Public Health Director Kim Charuvadari said COVID-19 was the third leading cause of death in Riverside County in 2020.
Cancer and heart disease, the leading causes of death in Riverside County, increased in 2020, as did COVID-19.
“We are not excluding COVID from other major causes of death. There is a real increase in deaths due to COVID,” Sarvadari said.

Riverside County recorded 364 additional restorations simultaneously. The total number of recoveries is now 70,040.
Hospitalization
The number of patients in COVID-related hospitals has increased by 121 since Friday, bringing the total to 930. Since November 5, the number of hospitals in the hospital has continued to increase.
As of Nov. 5, there were 201 hospitals in Riverside County. By December 7, hospital admissions had risen to 700. A week later, we are now over 900.
These are the most corona virus related patients in Riverside County simultaneously since the onset of the epidemic. The pre-uprising peak was 550 hospitalizations at the end of July.
The county reported 14 more COVID-19 patients in the ICU. This brings the total to 184, which is the highest number of COVID patients in the ICU since the onset of the infection.
The previous record was rescheduled for July 30 with 167 patients.
