Minuta, a tattoo artist, was previously identified by CNN and others as security providers for Stone on the morning of January 6, before the riots. He was arrested Saturday at a business in the Newburgh area.

Police officials also identified another man Monday who now faces charges in the Capitol riot case: Isaac Sturgeon, 32, of Dillon, Montana. Sturgeon was arrested Saturday at JFK Airport, back from Kenya, officials said.
He is allegedly seen in body camera footage pushing barricades against police on the day of the riot and faces several related charges, including physical violence and obstruction, as well as civil unrest.
Sturgeon is expected to appear in federal court in Brooklyn later Monday. Prosecutors plan to ask a judge to order his arrest without bail pending trial. He is represented by federal ombudswoman Ashley Burrell who, when contacted by News 4 New York, made no comment.

The owner of the Montana lawn care company allegedly flew to Kenya on Jan. 24, eight days after he added his photo to the FBI’s website of wanted suspects linked to the riot. Judicial documents say she was due to return to the United States in April, but Kenyan officials were ordered to deport her. That’s when he flew to New York on Saturday and was picked up by federal officials.
More than 300 people, including members of extremist groups Proud Boys and Oath Keepers, have been charged with federal crimes in connection with the Capitol riot. Federal agents continue to investigate and hundreds more suspects are at large. Justice Department officials have said they could charge some with sedition.
Five people were killed, including a Capitol police officer and a woman who was shot by police.
