Harry Potter’s Rupert Grint reveals that he is “very comfortable being a father” and says he sleeps more now than before.
He welcomed a daughter named Wednesday with his long-term girlfriend Georgia Groome in May last year.
And Rupert Grint has spoken of the joys of parenting saying he is “very comfortable being a father” and that he even sleeps more than before.
The 32-year-old Harry Potter star and his 28-year-old actress partner Georgia have been adapting to parenting together while they were locked up.

Speaking to Glamor magazine about being a father, he said: “I feel very comfortable being a father. I still agree with what it’s like to be a father, but I love it. “
He revealed that the change to parenting caused him to change some habits “overnight” and that he stopped smoking immediately.
And, unlike many first-time parents, he said fatherhood has been “reassured” and says he now sleeps more than before.

“I started sleeping much better. Before it was a horrible insomnia, now I’m sleeping,” he said.
“I feel so much more, I don’t know, strangely relaxed. For me it’s been a very calming process. Viouslybviament, there are days that she [Wednesday] is fully activated. But there is something really nice about the routine. I think it put me in a good place.
Grint also gave an idea of his relationship with his girlfriend Georgia, famous for his role in Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging, saying the secret to their long-term love is that they are “best friends.”
The couple has kept their private relationship famous since they started dating in 2011.
However, he admitted that caring for a child during a pandemic has been difficult at times, without the usual support of family and friends.
But the British star said he can’t wait to get his daughter out on Wednesday to see the world when things return to normal.
In November, Grint joined Instagram by posting a photo of himself cradling his six-month-old daughter in a pink sweater with the back of his head looking at the camera.
It garnered more than a million likes in just four hours and now has more than four million followers on the social media platform.
The actor is busy promoting the second season of Apple TV + ‘s successful Servant series, which focuses on the tragic loss of a child.
