Samsung has kicked off the year with one of the most anticipated announcements: the launch of its popular family of ‘smartphones’ Galaxy S. The Korean brand has unveiled three new devices on Thursday, which add significant improvements in photography and video recording, as well as incorporating for the first time – in the case of the Galaxy S21 Ultra- compatibility with the S Pen digital pen, which until now had been the Note’s exclusive hallmark.

How much does the Galaxy S21 cost?
The price of the three versions that make up the new series of smartphones ranges from 15 thousand to 23 thousand pesos.
Also interesting is the enhanced Snap 8K feature, which allows you to capture sharp video images in 8K to record all the action in real time and, at the same time, to be able to obtain from this same video outstanding fixed shots every time the user presses to record.
This is the technological ceiling that the Korean company has set to compete with the ‘top of the range’ of other companies in the sector. To these innovations in hardware is added the use of Artificial Intelligence for the improvement of images and battery management, among other functions. It also adds compatibility with the S Pen – Samsung’s digital pen and star accessory of the Galaxy Notem, which now reaches the family Galaxy S.
The latter is one of the things that has attracted the most attention in the presentation of these new devices. The S Pen it responds to the screen in the same way it does in the Note when it comes to taking notes or cropping images, but in this first version for the S series it does not have remote functions. The accessory is sold separately on the phone, next to a case, instead of being inserted inside – as in the Notem.

The new design of the Galaxy S has also attracted attention, especially in terms of cameras, the module (located in the upper left corner of the back of the terminal) stands out less than in previous versions. This chamber structure, christened as “Outline cut”, it integrates seamlessly into the metal frame of the device, with an elegant yet striking aesthetic.
The new Samsung Exynos 2100 is the processor that integrates the Galaxy S21 range. A chip that makes the leap to 5 nanometers-eight cores, also integrating one 5G modem to support this connectivity to all terminals unveiled this Thursday. A technological leap with which the Korean company promises a 10 percent performance improvement and a 20 percent consumption saving.
Samung – as some of its competitors have done in recent months – has decided to remove the charger from the boxes of new mobile phones and will sell it separately, as the company believes that its charging mode (USB-C) is compatible with most chargers that users already have at home. the Galaxy S21 they also have wireless and reversible charging mode, so that other devices (such as headphones or a smart watch, among others) can be charged with a mobile phone.
GALAXY buds PRO, THE PERFECT COMPLEMENT
