Season 2 of “Demon Slayer” gets a new trailer and a strike release date

Demon Slayer is now a global phenomenon after its arrival on Netflix in the west, and in Japan, the film continues to break box office records left and right.

But now we have seen what happens after the events of the film when season 2 of Demon Slayer arrives. I just had a new one, short trailer previewing what is called The Entertainment District Arc:

Right now we only have a release date for season 2 of Demon Slayer, which has long been 2021. And if they say 2021, that’s likely to mean late 2021. Season 1 of Demon Slayer originally premiered in the fall of 2019, so we could see a two-year gap between seasons. Needless to say, fans are excited even with the news coming this year.

This new season looks like it will be a departure from the first season, which took place mainly in nature and wooded areas, with only a few stops in the big cities. Now, this main arch can take place completely in a city from its appearance.

We have some visions of characters in the trailer, but it’s still hard to know what can be done about them. I haven’t seen the film yet either, as so far it hasn’t released any, so I’m not sure how this story ended and if that may be directly related to that. Without a doubt, this woman has an unkind and demon-like appearance:

It’s hard to underestimate the extent to which Demon Slayer is especially big in Japan, breaking the historical box office record at 6 billion yen, which was previously 19 years old Spirited Away, one of the most beloved animated films of Japan. the history. Below that? Titanic and Frozen. So yes, that’s a big deal.

We still don’t know much about Demon Slayer, season 2, but if the teasers start, more substantial previews will follow, so stay tuned for these.
