The Puerto Rico Seismic Network (RSPR) reported this morning, Tuesday, that an earthquake was reported at about 12:44 p.m.
According to the agency, the quake had an intensity of 4.8 degrees, a depth of 23 kilometers and was recorded in the village of Carolina.
The RSPR ruled out a tsunami warning, warning or surveillance for Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
