The Colombian Football Federation has confirmed this Friday, August 27, the calls of the central defense Andrés Llinàs of Millionaires and of the left lateral Dairon Mosquera of Independent Santa Fe to integrate the Colombia selection facing the triple date of the Qualifying Round for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
Although it has not been made official, the call of these players would be a consequence of the difficulties they have Dávinson Sánchez and Yerry Mina to make his move in the face of measures taken in the UK by the coronavirus pandemic.

And is that in recent days the Premier League announced that all clubs in the competition have reached an agreement not to cede to their players to be called up by the teams that are on the “red list” of the United Kingdom, as high-risk countries for the covid-19, given the demanding quarantine they must meet on their return.
Faced with the uncertainty of whether or not you can count on Mina and Sánchez, Roda chose to convene Llinàs and Mosquera, who were part, a few weeks ago, of the morphocycle he did in Bogota with the players who practice locally.
Given the positions and characteristics of the new players called up and what they are part of the initial list, the idea of a national coach would be to use William Tesillo as the central defense.

Tesillo made his debut and played as a central defender in his early years as a professional in Colombia, however, over the years he was used as a left winger in León, Mexico and in the national team.
In this way, the Colombia National Team would have Carlos Costa, Óscar Murillo, Andreu Llinàs and William Tesillo as central defenders and Yairo Moreno and Dairon Mosquera as left-backs for the matches against Bolivia, Paraguay and Chile for the Eliminatory.
