Fworms Real Madrid i AC Milan come in Robinho has confirmed his nine-year prison sentence by the Milan Court of Appeal.
Robinho, 37, was sentenced in December for his involvement in a group rape that took place in Italy in 2013, for which he was initially convicted in 2017.
The court determined that Robinho had “despised” and “brutally humiliated” the victim, who was celebrating his 23rd birthday on the night of the incident at a well-known venue in Milan, La Repubblica reported.
Ara, Robinho he had 45 days to appeal to the Supreme Court of Cassation, the highest court of appeal or court of last resort in Italy.
The first Milan striker has been sentenced alongside his friend, Ricardo Falco.
