Four employees experienced adverse reactions, including tingling and high heart rate, shortly after vaccination, according to a statement from attorney Aurora Health.
“These four team members represent less than 0.15% of the approximately 3,000 who have received vaccines so far at Advocate Aurora Health. At this time, we can share that three team members are at home and doing well, and one is receiving additional treatment “. Aurora Health said in a statement.

Three of the workers are doing well at home and a fourth is receiving additional treatment.
While the reactions are an expected side effect, Advocate said the break will give them time to better understand what the reactions may have caused.
According to the statement, vaccinations at the other eight Advocate Aurora Health locations in Illinois, as well as at all three Wisconsin locations, continue without delay.
