PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. – A Boca Raton woman who made a dispute on social media for shooting FBI agents is arrested.
Suzanne Ellen Kaye, 59, posted a video on three social media channels where she saw her come out of a bottle of Jack Daniels whiskey while a vulgar diatribe against the FBI erupted.
Kaye is named Angry Patriot Hippie, according to the affidavit of arrest.

Part of what the FBI said and took note of was that he would shoot any agent if he showed up at his house.
According to the affidavit of arrest, on January 16, 2021, the FBI received an online tip at the National Threat Operations Center that a woman, later identified as Kaye, claimed was at the Capitol on January 6, 2021.
The FBI found out that Kaye used Facebook and two online social networking platforms, Instagram and TikTok.
Two FBI agents contacted Kaye and told her they were interested in interviewing her about her trip to Washington, DC. He denied being in the area, but said he knew the people who did travel there.

She told officers she could not drive and agreed to be interviewed by them at her home in Boca Raton.
He then let her rip on social media.
In the days following the agents’ phone call, Kaye uploaded a video, according to the FBI, titled “(Expletive) the FBI!”
“Do you think I’m going to let you (expletive) come and talk to me? I am American. I know my (explanatory) rights “.
He then told his audience that he would not speak to the FBI without a lawyer and that he would “exercise his second right of amendment to shoot yours (explet a **) if you come here.” FBI agents said Kaye posted the video on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
“My first amendment to the rights to free speech. My second amendment has the right to carry a gun to shoot at yours (explet **) if you come to my house. So if you, if you follow me, don’t I am glad to know who I am mother *****! ”)
Kaye was arrested Wednesday, Feb. 17, and had her first appearance before a federal magistrate judge. A bond hearing is scheduled for February 24, 2021.

The FBI also said that, according to National Crime Information Center database checks, Kaye has a criminal record. In January 2010 she was arrested for domestic battery by the Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office. In February 2020, she was arrested for aggravated assault by the Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office for possession of deadly weapons with no intent to kill and battery, both charges were withdrawn and abandoned.
