The Electoral College will meet on Monday to vote for the president and vice president, completing another important part of the election process and eventually making Joe Biden president next year.

This year’s process has attracted special attention in light of President Donald Trump’s long-term efforts to overturn election results in several key states.

A few states begin voting at 10 a.m., and the process continues throughout the day, with the last vote taking place at 7 p.m.
