Stephen Curry signed 10 triples and finished with 49 points to extend his scoring streak in the Golden State Warriors ’107-96 win Monday over the Philadelphia 76ers.
With his triple to tie the game at 86, Curry reached 11 straight duels scoring 30 points or more and thus outscoring Kobe Bryant for the most number of any player over the age of 33. Curry, who turned 33 last month, also has the longest streak of more than 30 units with the Warriors des Wilt Chamberlain in 1964.
The base also reached five more-than-40-point encounters in April, beating Bryant and Michael Jordan with more games in a month of 40 as many or more after turning 33.
He scored triples at the end of the fourth period to put the score at 91-90 and 96-92 for the Warriors to outscore the best team in the East.
Joel Embiid, who contributed 28 units for the 76ers, threw the ball away and Andrew Wiggins scored from the other side to sentence the game.
The Sixers did not feature star Ben Simmons (illness) and starter Tobias Harris (right knee disease).
