STRAFFORD, Mo (KY3) – Greene County Attorney has charged a Strafford man in a homicide investigation into the shooting death of his spouse and two parents on Saturday night.
Jesse Huy, 50, has been jailed in Greene County Jail for three counts of first-degree homicide and three counts of armed murder. He is being held without ties.
According to the Greene County Sheriff’s Office, the allegations stem from the deaths of three people inside Huy’s home. The sheriff’s office says Huy is accused of killing his partner, Tonya F. Huy, 48, of Strafford, and his two parents Ronald L. Koehler, 71, and Linda J. Koehler, 78. , of Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Investigators say Huy called authorities Saturday evening to report that he murdered three relatives inside his home.
Deputies arrived at a home on Block 4400 North Farm Rd. 249 around 6:30 p.m. Once they arrived, they confirmed the deaths of three adults in the home. Huy was then arrested without incident.
The exact cause of the shooting death is unknown. According to court records, Huy has no criminal record in Missouri.
The Greene County Sheriff’s Office is in charge of the investigation. Additional details are limited, but we will update them as more information becomes available.
