Subject who was driving without a license plate and without a license collided with a patrol in Hatillo

Puerto Rican police reported a minor car accident with an official vehicle this morning on Highway 130 in the Capaez neighborhood in the town of Hatillo, which involved a patrol.

According to agent Jonathan Hernández Caves of the Arecibo Road Patrol, while driving the vehicle from north to south, he went to intervene with a driver of a Jeep in the middle of the road when approaching if with the patrol to perform the intervention was hit by the driver of the Jeep with the front left side in front right side of the patrol.

The driver was identified as Edgardo Rivera Valentí, a 29-year-old resident of the town of Hatillo.
