A deal that reflects the rise of digital advocacy
Epidemics and demonstrations saw a surge in online politics. Phone2Action acquires government directory KnowWho, Mr. Ori revealed to us. (The terms of the deal have not been released.) This follows the acquisition of publication-monitoring site Covbredic last month. These agreements integrate the lawyer software into the authorities’ database and policy-monitoring tools. In 2012, “This is a different world”, co-founder Dr. Simina Hardzack proposed to develop software to connect lawyers and lawmakers, but within a few years, “disruptive” technology companies began to use the tool – Airbnb, Lift and Uber all customers.

Phil Minardi, head of public affairs at Expedia, said the company was involved in a “hyperlogal” digital lawyer when it acquired the holiday rental business HomeAway and would use the Phone 2 function to “provide real stories” to authorities before creating new regulations.
Campaign “Greatly Misunderstood” Said Bruce Brownson, the founder of Nov (and the son of a former congressman who started a congressional directory in the 1960s). Some consider the $ 3 billion a year business to be a bad influence, but lawmakers are always looking for ways to collect entries from members. The effects of this demand can be seen in recent deals such as the government intelligence dashboard Fiscalnote raising $ 160 million.
