Exactly one year ago the company Telemundo sent a notice to the actor and businessman Alberto Agnesi to partially use the name of two of his most important series ‘The Lord of the Sky’ and ‘The Queen of the South’ to name two of his tequilas.
At the time, television claimed that the public could confuse and associate the product with television production, but now the chaos seems to have gained more notoriety, as according to the portal ‘spicy girl’, now the chain has initiated a process against Agnesi and his partners.
According to the information published, Telemundo claims that Albert cannot use the names ‘Lord of Heaven’ and ‘Queen of the South’ for he has no right to these names; besides that it would be incurring an unregisterability.

It should be noted that Agnesi has been very successful with her tequilas in the United States; and was already planning to expand to Canada, Europe, Central and South America, plans that television has slowed down with its legal process.
Telemundo also argues that the actor, who participated in four of the five seasons of the series ‘Lady Steel’, so it was not unknown to him that the television had the record of his productions.
