Telemundo sues famous actor for using the name of two of his most successful series

Exactly one year ago the company Telemundo sent a notice to the actor and businessman Alberto Agnesi to partially use the name of two of his most important series ‘The Lord of the Sky’ and ‘The Queen of the South’ to name two of his tequilas.

At the time, television claimed that the public could confuse and associate the product with television production, but now the chaos seems to have gained more notoriety, as according to the portal ‘spicy girl’, now the chain has initiated a process against Agnesi and his partners.

According to the information published, Telemundo claims that Albert cannot use the names ‘Lord of Heaven’ and ‘Queen of the South’ for he has no right to these names; besides that it would be incurring an unregisterability.
