Frank Beltre
The controversy does not leave the fifth season of the Exatlon United States competition program. This edition of the sports struggle has been full of different controversies since its inception, starting with the numerous injuries to athletes that has slowed the participation of three contestants, and could be more names coming out in the coming days.
To this is added that it is the first season without the presenter Erasme Provença, who resigned in the middle of a media storm in the middle of the fourth installment. The host mentioned allegations that, according to him, ranged from abuse, disrespect and various situations that made him say “goodbye” to the program that opened the doors to homes in states United from 2018 to 2020, when COVID-19 wreaked havoc on the competition, forcing it to stop recordings and extend its duration to almost 10 months.
Expelled and suspended in the fifth season
Last April 1st we published that the athletes expelled from Exatlon USA are Denisse Novoa, the famous “Panther” of the Team Contendents and “El Tanc” Frank Beltre, who according to different portals for fans, would have committed a lack that translates into a breach of the contract they signed when initiating recordings, so that they are no longer part of the TV show in real time.
Today, April 2, Miami-based journalist and television presenter Javier Ceriani, on his YouTube program called “Gossip Don’t Like,” revealed several strong allegations against Exatlon States United, where he also says that in Novoa and Beltre they would have found them presumed Marijuana, which goes against the laws of production and forced them to take immediate action and expel both athletes from the competition.
In addition to the substances found, Ceriani says they also discovered money and cell phones, but this is not confirmed if he belonged to the expelled, or some athletes who are currently suspended, but their names have not yet been confirmed. Don’t miss the video here:
Denisse Novoa and Frank Beltre: Don’t you agree?
As we all know, there is approximately two weeks difference between what we see on screen and the Exatlon United States recording days, so it is understandable that so far neither Denisse Novoa nor Frank Beltre have formally ruled on the facts. Although, on Beltre’s side if there was a cryptic message we were able to capture, but that was later deleted from his Instagram account. The text that accompanies the photo published three days ago and already deleted says the following: “Someday, everything will make perfect sense. So for now, laugh at the confusion, smile through the tears, get strong and remind yourself that everything happens for a reason.”
So far, for purposes of the continuity of the show, Telemundo has not commented, we have already established a line of contact with them on this issue and having an official statement we will share.
