An Amazon driver delivering his van stopped in the middle of the road and was confronted by bystanders … but no vital information was found to guide the rage here.
Check out this extreme clip of an Amazon driver in Virginia getting into an argument with another Fella who got out of his own vehicle, telling him to move his car and park it in the sidewalk space … and record a part of the encounter at the same time.
The video starts right in the heat of the moment – the shooter tells the driver to move his van, or he moves it for him … because he’s parked in the middle of a narrow street causing massive traffic jams in many vehicles, and they are all trying to make progress.
The Amazon driver owns his land, and he says he’s going to do his job and deliver the packages to the house next to them – only then will he move on. He basically says they have to wait, which motivates the camera man just like the others.
For starters, there is no context or intelligence to the video about how long the Amazon driver was parked on the road there. If it’s just a few seconds, those who came out to make a fuss about it are clearly wrong and exaggerating.
However, if the driver stays for a while … everyone is impatient and it is only fair that he should go. There is no way to tell for sure from this.
The big question, perhaps, is whether this is in line with Amazon driver policy – that is, are they being instructed to park in the middle of the road like this, or told to try to find a parking space if possible? These kinds of situations?
We have all seen the distribution parks of different shipping companies or sometimes sitting in the middle of the road – but it is not clear whether it was an official order from those companies, or whether the drivers began to own it for years.
However, a representative of Amazon says they are currently monitoring the incident.
