Hey, there’s a new Animal Crossing makeup line. Oh, it doesn’t matter. It’s gone.
Like a meteor shower, the Colourpop x Animal Crossing collection had thousands of eyes watching it, and somehow many of us missed it. After going live at 10am (6pm GMT), the collection, which includes palettes based on the Nook, Celeste and Blathers family, Isabelle and the Labelle sisters, has sold out almost completely.
At the time of writing, the only items available for purchase are the What A Hoot palette (various shades of gold and brown), the Nook, Inc. palette. (very green) and the blue color of Flower Power, each of which costs $ 12 (about £ 9).
The full collection would have returned you $ 125 (approximately £ 91) and includes a free sticker sheet. However, it’s sold out, as are the fruit-scented lip tones, the Bellionaire glitter gel, and the collection of the four eye shadow palettes, called the “True Friends” kit. Ai!
We managed to equip the What A Hoot palette and the Nook, Inc. palette, in case you were wondering. We will see it that way beautiful.
