The Raiders had wanted to regularly add quarterback Marcus Mariota on their offensive this season. It lasted a whole play.
Mariota played a Monday night and ran for 31 yards, but aggravated a quadriceps injury and will now miss several weeks, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
The Raiders were unable to provide an injury update to the game to Mariota, as NFL teams are supposed to do. They could be fined by the league for that.
