Taken using a beer this pinhole solograph can pinhole the camera in a span of eight years and a month, making it the longest exposure film ever made. The photo shows the path of the sun across the sky during that period, almost 3000 tracks. Regina Walkenborg set up the camera in 2012 and then forgot about it; It was discovered by someone else this year. Walkenborg of the project said:
“In order to save David after all these years, being untouched is a side of luck. I tried this technique twice in the lab before, but the photos were mostly dilapidated by moisture and the photo paper curled up. I didn’t want to capture a revelation this time, to my surprise, it survived too long. It could be one of the expressions of time. “
