The next Plenary Session of the Cortes de Castilla y León will analyze a non-law proposal of the parliamentary groups of PP and Citizens that seeks to advance in the achievement of a joint agreement between the Parliamentary Groups of the Chamber, councils and provincial councils to strengthen primary care in the Community, especially in rural areas.

The proposed resolution is broken down into nine points by which the Parliament will require the Board, provided that the document is approved, the guarantee of medical care in all local health centers and offices, the commitment not to reduce health resources in rural areas, the development of appointments through a personalized care model and the improvement of health emergencies in the most depopulated areas, among others.

In turn, this proposal seeks to urge the Government to create an extraordinary MIR scholarship in the specialty of Family and Community Medicine to absorb the scholarship of the degree of Medicine that can not be controlled by the public administration to no have a specialized medical degree.
