
Competitive games do not stop at FPS and MOBA, today there are all kinds of games in which you can “compete” in sports to prove that you are the best. Still, this news May surprising. Stardew Valley creator ‘ConcernedApe‘and Stardew Valley YouTuber’ UnsurpassableZ ‘have announced that the social farming sim will host its first competitive cup.
The tournament will begin next month on September 4th. The creator says it will be “a competition of skill, knowledge and teamwork” with some of Stardew Valley’s “most dedicated players” and that there is a total prize pool of over $ 40,000 USD.
As you can see in the previous trailer, the teams have already been selected and will have to complete various challenges to earn more points. UnsurpassableZ has uploaded a video featuring the players and sharing information about the challenges. There will be over 100 tasks, ranging from collecting all the eggs in the egg hunt to giving Pam a pale beer.
